C Squared Construct were an integral partner working alongside Onyx in the £210m development of one of the South West’s most significant Business Parks; Skypark; a vibrant blend of office, industrial, manufacturing, and healthcare spaces, complemented by a hotel and local facilities. As the appointed Groundworks Contractor our efforts were critical to the success of the build of 32 new industrual units. Our team has been hard at work, showcasing our expertise in excavation, ground fill, foundations, concrete pouring, drainage installation, kerbing, and tree-pitting for 73 trees.
